Who is tim?
I am a proud husband, happy father of 3, and teach math at Bartlett High School in Illinois. My school district (U-46) went single vendor with Corebridge Financial. As the 2nd largest school district in Illinois, we have the luxury of a low-cost plan similar to Chicago Public Schools, the largest in the state (also single vendor with Corebridge). Smaller school districts do not have the scale to receive the same type of low-cost plans, which is why I got involved with MERC!
